Terms & conditions
How we quote, how a project is confirmed, and what happens if plans change.
Who we are
These terms apply to services provided by Promark Management Ltd (Company No. 16534508), registered in England and Wales.
Scope and confirmation
An enquiry through this site is a request for a proposal, not a confirmed order. A project begins only when we have agreed the scope, budget and timing with you in writing — normally by email — and you have confirmed it.
Prices and payment
Services are quoted in euro (€), either as a monthly retainer or per project. Advertising budget is separate from our fees and is confirmed with you before any spend is committed. Payment terms are set out in the agreed proposal.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a particular return, revenue, conversion rate or follower growth from a campaign. Advertising performance depends on factors including your offer, your market and the platforms you use, and projections are estimates rather than commitments.
Third-party platforms
Campaigns are placed on platforms such as Google, Facebook and Instagram. We are not affiliated with, certified by, or an official partner of those platforms unless we say so explicitly in writing, and their own terms and policies apply to advertising placed through them.
Changes and cancellation
If you need to pause or cancel a campaign, tell us as early as you can. Live advertising already delivered or committed cannot be recovered, and fees for work completed up to that point remain payable. Any balance for advertising budget not yet spent is returned or credited, as agreed in the proposal.
Liability
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Complaints
If something is not right, contact us first at info@promark.services or +44 7446 040970 and we will try to resolve it directly.
Governing law
Our registered company is established in England and Wales; these terms are governed by the law that applies to that registration. Nothing here sets a different jurisdiction for a client without a separate written agreement.
